Terms & Conditions

Lucky 8 Draw

1. All new individual line registrations between 1 November 2014 – 31 December 2014 will automatically qualify for the Lucky 8 Draw. (Corporate and M2M lines do not qualify.)

2. All new registrations will to stand a chance to win a Perodua Axia (“First Prize”), 3 X iPhone 6+ 64GB (“2nd Prize”) and 4 X redONE 10g 999.9 Gold piece (“3rd” Prize”).

3. redONE will notify all Winners in writing or a SMS communication if they have won a Prize.

4. The prizes will be awarded to winners during redONE’s official partner event in January 2015.

5. The following terms and conditions apply to the Prizes:

a) If redONE’s suppliers delay or is unable to supply the same exact make and model of the Prizes to redONE, redONE reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another product of similar retail value.

b) The Prizes are awarded on an “As Is” basis.

c) The Winner must be an active redONE customer in order to be entitled to receive the Prize.

d) The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind, in part or in full.

e) The Winner is not allowed to transfer or sell his/her right to the Prize to any other person.

f) A customer is only eligible to win one prize.

g) The Prizes are exclusive of any accessories or items shown in advertisements and promotional materials which are for photography purposes only.

h) The Prizes will be given to the principal account holder (and not the supplementary line holder).

i) The Customer takes title in the Prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the Prizes passes to the Customers upon physical delivery of the Prizes to the Customers. redONE is not responsible, liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prizes where such defect, loss, damage or defect in respect of the Prizes is due to the fault and/or negligence of the Customers. Furthermore redONE will not be responsible or liable for any inherent defect(s) in the Prizes.

j) For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes are supplied by a supplier or their authorized dealers. redONE is not responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with such Prizes. Any dispute in relation to the warranty or quality of such Prizes or any terms and conditions in relation must be settled directly between the relevant winning Customer and any authorised dealer in Malaysia. redONE will bear no responsibility for resolving any dispute and the winning Customer must liaise directly with the supplier or their authorised dealers in Malaysia, and not redONE in this regard.

7. redONE’s decision on all matters relating to the offer will be final and binding.

8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in this offer, each and every participant is agreeing that he/she will not hold redONE and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that redONE may engage for the purposes of this offer), liable for any loss or damages that he/she may incur, in connection with the offer.

9. redONE reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions with notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or changed by redONE by way of posting on redONE’s Webpage or in any other manner deemed suitable by redONE. Participants who had participated in the Lucky Draw are deemed to have accessed redONE’s website at www.redone.com.my (“Website”) and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. Participants agree that their continued participation in the Lucky Draw will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed).

10. redONE will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of redONE.

11. redONE reserves the right to cancel, revise, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw with notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by redONE of the Lucky Draw shall not entitle any Participant and/or Customer to any claim or compensation against redONE for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Eligible Person, Participant and/or Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
